The MiiC serial port at connector CNP109 is a female gender. Use a male gender on the DB25 end of this adapter.
You can use this in a cable with the connector defined as Cable Spec 1 at the opposite end of the cable.
Note that the jumping of the RTS and CTS on both sides of the connection is necessary for newer MiiC benders. Without it, the MiiCs will not respond to a request for communication.
