Customers sometimes ask us to explain our price increase policy. This article describes generally how and when we change our prices. Please note that this article is not how we always handle price increases. But it is our normal approach.

How do we usually calculate the price increases?

CPI - The Consumer Price Index is reported by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Currently, we adjust our product prices based on inflation, as calculated by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Our increase compensates for the dollar's loss in value.

When is the next planned adjustment?

Plan for an annual price adjustment. Our quotations are guaranteed for 60 days.  If you want a guaranteed time longer than 60 days, then we may adjust our quotations to account for anticipated inflation.

As a strategy to curb price increases, consider a multi-year SMA purchase.

One strategy to reduce price increases is to purchase multi-year SMAs. For example, an increasing number of customers are purchasing 5-year SMAs.
