Error: When performing a new install on a computer, this error popped up.

Solution 1: Uninstall and reinstall if possible (make sure you create a backup of the configuration if needed)
Solution 2: Create a copy and move the config file. In this particular case, we were moving the license to a new computer. The install worked perfectly on the new computer and we just wanted to move the config file over to the new computer.
