This video shows how to measure the ends of a tube with the ball probe while still measuring the straights with the laser.

To use the ball probe with Hexagon arms:

Press the RED button to collect the points and toggle the BLACK button to the left or right to accept the points

To use the ball probe with FARO arms:

Press the GREEN button to collect the points and press the RED button to accept the points.

RULES:

At least 3 points must be taken on an end scan before pressing accept

If you are measuring a straight, three points need to be taken on one side of the tube straight, three points need to be taken on the other side of the straight and THEN accept can be pressed.

The tube should be clamped down so it does not move during the probe measurement
