OPTIONAL: For 4K monitors, set the Screen Resolution to: 3840 x 2160 at 150%

Go to System Options > Reports and update the Scale Factor. This example shows 1.5 for SF, but this value may need to be adjusted to a different value until the report looks correct on your system.
