This value controls the angle at which the springback values start to be applied.
This is a project-level value that is saved in every project. To set the default to another value, clear the project, enter Bender Setup, change the starting angle to the new angle, close the window, enter System Options, and set the Project Default to the current VTube state.
So that VTube-STEP users also have access to the same value, it can also be set in the System Options menu:
