Active points can be selected and deleted by the user. They look like this. Displayed-only points cannot be. They look like this.
  • Active points redraw much slower.
  • Active points orbit and pan in real-time.
  • Active points require much more memory than Displayed-only points.
  • VTube can only allow 10,000 to 20,000 points to be active simultaneously.
  • For points to be Active, their Display-only switch must be enabled.
  • The viewport image must be redrawn for both point types after switching checkbox states.
  • Display-only points redraw much faster.
  • Display-only points orbit and pan, but not in real-time.
  • VTube can show hundreds of thousands of Display-only points in the viewport at the same time.
  • If Active all ON is selected in the popup menu, all Display-only checkboxes will be enabled automatically.
  • The viewport image must be redrawn for both point types after switching checkbox states.
