November 26, 2025 - Version 4.4 Build 1917

1 - Major New GD&T Alignment Compliance using Space Objects

VTube can now use Space Objects to control 321 PLP alignments. This allows for full GD&T datum setup, where planes, holes, slots, and points can be used to form the alignment rather than the tube centerline.

2 - Major Redesign - Point Selector Control

This control was completely redesigned to allow users to select any tube in the assembly and Space Objects for point selections in 321 PLP (Plane Line Point) alignments and Datum point selection.

3 - Redesigned a Brand New 321 PLP alignment math engine for more accurate 321 PLP alignments

4 - Fix - Space Object grid switching with Circle Space Objects

5 - Redesign - Assembly Grid Column Title

"Aligned" is now "Algn/Trans" to better explain the effect of enabling these switches. (These switches affect assembly transformations, too.)

November 6, 2025 - Version 4.4 Build 1916

FIX - The Tube Link tab menu is made visible for circles again

FIX - An adjustment to auto-saving the global configuration file was made so that moving the mouse across the VTube window is not a trigger for activity inside VTube.

November 5, 2025 - Version 4.4 Build 1915

NEW - The Point Locator UI has been redesigned for a cleaner, more intuitive interface.

NEW - The Locate target source can now be changed between Nominal and Measured while the locator is active.

NEW - Point Locator can now move the target space object. So if the target is set to nominal, the nominal target can also be moved by the trigger acquisition button.

NEW - If Point Locator moves the target space object's location, that target will move on the screen.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.

November 4, 2025 - Version 4.4, Build 1914

NEW: The Point Locator can now measure point locations to Space Objects.

NEW: When the Point Locator control is loaded, it will automatically turn off the LASER scanner if it is on.

FIX: The License tab menu is now visible in System Options.
