Creating a backup of the config folder allows users to bypass creating a config backup if they are unable to get into the software.

  1. If you can get into VTube, we recommend creating a backup .VCZB file using the steps in this page
  2. If you cannot get into VTube, we recommend creating a backup using the steps below
    1. Go to C:\Users\Public\Documents
    2. Create a copy of the VTube folder

             c. This folder can now be moved to another computer (renamed VTube) or stored on the network for future use.
