This article shows how to set up VTube to skip the Path Manager.

How to Configure the Path Manager ON/OFF Setting - Non UAC

This section applies when you don't use UAC (User Access Control) or VTube is using UAC and is running in Technician mode. In either case, the user can access all screens and features in VTube.

In this case, you can use the File Setup menu in System Options to turn off the Path Manager. By default, the Path Manager is ON like this:

Change the setup so that the Path Manager is OFF like this:

How to Configure the Path Manager ON/OFF When UAC Mode is Active and the User is “Operator.”

Change to the UAC menu. Configure the options at rows 20, 21, and 22 like this:

If you want the UAC operators to load projects using a standard Windows File Explorer, then configure the settings like this:

If you want to restrict access to a single folder (path) for project file load, then use this kind of setup:

When set to Quick Load with a Single Folder, VTube will not allow users to change the path without elevating UAC to Technician.
