From the search bar, run regedit.

Browse to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products

Press Control-F

Type in Visual C ++ 2008 Redistributable - x86. Note that the x86 is important because VTube needs the x86 version - not the x64 version.

Press Find Next.

If the library is installed, you will find a record like this:

The numbers after "9.0" are not significant for VTube.
