If you ever need to reverse the tubes starting position, you can do so in both the Master and Measured tabs.

In the Master and Measured tabs, there is an additional tab "Reverse".

If you want to reverse the starting position, press "Reverse the Centerline Coordinates" and this will swap the tube position around.
