In the example above, we've programmed a non-existent path to show how VTube reacts to the error. The solution is to fix the path.
How to FIX a Benderlink Network Path
| STEP 1 - Click on Setup and Calculations |  |
| STEP 2 - Click on Configure Benderlink Protocols |  |
| STEP 3 - Fix the path for the appropriate bender. |  |
| STEP 4 - Close the window. |  |
| STEP 5 - See the corrected path and try the communications again. |  |
How to Check a Network Path Using File Explorer
If you believe the original path is correct but VTube still shows the error dialog, use a Windows File Explorer window to test the path.

STEP 1 -Copy the path from the Benderlink grid.

| STEP 3 - If Explorer displays an error, you will know that the path needs to be fixed. |  |
Entering Network Credentials
Another common problem is that credentials are required to access the folder.
