Steps for VTube-LASER License Transfer

STEP 1 - Make a backup of the current VTube-LASER configuration in the original computer.
Follow these steps:
STEP 2 - Download the installation program.
Request a link to the install program and the install password from support@advancedtubular.com.
- Request an installation hyperlink.
- Request an installation password.
STEP 3 - Deactivate the VTube license on the original computer.
Follow these steps for deactivation:
This requires an internet connection.
If this process does not work, please get in touch with us to manually deactivate the license. Our office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
STEP 4 - Run the downloaded installation program on the new computer.
STEP 5 - Enter the Internet License Server credentials.
On the startup splash screen, you will be asked to enter Internet License Server credentials.
Request these Internet License Server credentials (at support@advancedtubular.com).
- ILS License ID: LLLLLLLLLL
- ILS Activation Password: PPPPPPPPP
STEP 6 - Optionally Import the Configuration from the Other Computer
While VTube-LASER is running, import the config from the other computer using the steps in this webpage.
STEP 6 - Before connecting to the arm, you will need to download and install the latest HEXAGON RDS software driver:

STEP 7 - After the HEXAGON RDS driver is installed, adjust the defaults in RDS using the steps in the appropriate helpsite page.

STEP 8 - Connect to the HEXAGON arm inside VTube-LASER using the large LED in the upper right side of the toolbar.
