These Steps Are For New Installations

  • Use this article when installing a VTube-LASER or VTube-STEP license for the first time (or to a new computer).

Safest Time to Update

  • We recommend installing VTube during regular business hours. Our office is open for business Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm EST, USA.
  • If, after installation, VTube reports that the validation is unsuccessful, please email a screenshot of the error to support@advancedtubular.com, and we will help you fix the issue as soon as possible.
  • If you email us during regular business hours and need to get VTube running ASAP, call us at 248 674-2059 for immediate support.

Technical Requirements for Installations

  • The installation process requires access to the Internet.
  • You will use an Internet browser to download the latest installation program.

Follow These Steps

1 - By email (support@advancedtubular.com), request that we send you credentials for the installation. Proceed after we respond.

We send credentials like these (examples only):

  • Installation program password: 1234567890.
  • Cloud License ID: 12345678
  • Cloud License Activation Password: ABCDEFGH

We will also give you a specific link for downloading the installation program. There are many types of licenses available from our site. It is important that you download the correct license type that we share with you, or the installation will not be successful.

2 - In an Internet browser, download the program.

3 - Run the installation program.

4 - Enter the installation password we sent you.

5 - After installation, a new shortcut on the Desktop will point to the new license of VTube.

6 - If you want an icon pinned to the taskbar, then drag and drop the new desktop icon to the taskbar. This will allow VTube to load with one click.

7 - Run the new version of VTube-LASER. Confirm the new version and build by watching the splash screen.

8 - VTube will ask you to enter the cloud license credentials that we sent you.

9 - VTube will call the license server online, validate the license, and then load.

  • If VTube reports that the validation is unsuccessful, please email support@advancedtubular.com a screenshot of the error. We will help you fix the issue as soon as possible.

10 - The VTube installation is complete!
