At installation, VTube will search for Visual C++ 2008 Redistributables. If the library is not found on the system, then the VTube installation will offer to install them with this dialog:

If this dialog appears, allowing VTube to install this library is critical, or VTube will not run without errors.

You can manually install the library by running the vcredist_x86.exe program in the VTube program folder.  (The program folder is always in "c:\Program Files (x86)\VTube...")
